Mr. Davoodi brings over three decades of experience in the real estate, insurance, and financial sectors and has overseen more than $5+ billion in real estate-related transactions across the U.S since 2001. His leadership spans the strategic management of nationwide title insurance and escrow companies, real estate equity syndication platforms, and a commercial debt origination and servicing business. He has held multiple regulatory licenses in mortgage banking, real estate syndications and brokerage and title insurance and escrow services across numerous jurisdictions, and has also secured technology patents for financial innovations that streamline institutional investment in real estate. It is this comprehensive skill set that gives A3 Global Partners a competitive edge in navigating the full spectrum of real estate capital markets.

Mr. Davoodi’s work is primarily anchored in his leadership of The Atlantis Organization, a suite of companies ranging from service providers to technology platforms, all designed to meet the evolving needs of the real estate community. One notable venture within this group is Sharestates.com, an online peer-to-peer lending and investing marketplace. Under Mr. Davoodi's leadership, Sharestates.com facilitated over $3.7 billion in closed commercial real estate loans across the United States. Mr. Davoodi successfully exited Sharestates.com following the sale of his equity stake to a Canadian private equity firm.
